Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items, such as Dairy and meat products, are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 Days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@alafnanfoods.com.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
